The Brief
The Meridian Penthouse presented one of our most complex residential challenges — a Grade II listed building requiring full structural renovation while preserving its original Victorian character.
Our client required a complete transformation of the existing layout, including removal of three load-bearing walls, basement excavation, and a full luxury interior fit-out across 4,200 square feet of prime Mayfair real estate.
The project was delivered in 14 weeks — two weeks ahead of schedule — and within the original agreed budget of £450,000.
